Cayenne pepper is very effective in relieving back pain. It works really wonders. Gently rub a paste of pepper on the back to help alleviate the pain. It contains an ingredient called capsaicin that provides good relief.
Add red pepper powder to the cold cream until it turns pink. Now massage it on the back. It will effectively ease the discomfort.
