You do not need a fancy designed chair; however you need one that gives good support to your back. Make a habit of getting up and walking every now and then for sometime so that your back is relieved from stress.
Whenever you stand, you should imagine a line passing through your body from the top. The ears, shoulders, hips and knees should stack up in one straight line, with your head directly upon your neck.
