The upper portion of the spinal cord is called as cervical spine. This consists of 8 cervical nerves. Damage in cervical spinal nerve can cause several medical complications.

SYMPTOMS OF CERVICAL SPINAL NERVE DAMAGE:

Cervical spinal nerve damage symptoms include:

  • Pain:

People with this condition experience pain in shoulders, back and neck. This might be because of cervical spinal bones degradation that begins to rub against one another and causes pain.

  • Tetraplegia: In severe cases, some individuals develop tetraplegia. Tetraplegia is a condition that leads to loss of movement of shoulders, head, legs, trunk, arms and neck. Tetraplegia is also called

    paralysis or quadriplegia
